What is going on with the world? Don't people trust each other anymore? Are people all greedy? Why not give something small, Even 0.50$, is that too much to ask?

A very close friend of mine is going to have a baby 28th January. For this I would like to surprise her with a gift that no one else has given her. On every single birth people are always giving the same things. Furniture, baby stuff etc...

My idea is to congratulate her, not only by me and her close friends, but also from thousands of people over the net. Providing her with this and also with a nice cash gift (that is where everyone, including yourselves, chip in) she would


Be the happiest person alive. I have already writing a short blog post about what my intention are on my blog, The reaction I have gotten when I placed this were pretty negative. I do not understand why people can not share a tiny amount in order to build up for a great present like this. Have all people gone greedy? I understand this is a time of crisis but do not tell me that you can not spare a couple of cents, just to make this lady happy. You have to understand that this will make them so happy and when everybody gives something that they will have a nice cash gift as well in order to buy, cot, pushchair, food, diapers etc. If something if left they can even go away for the weekend.

So please, Have a look on your PayPal account and see if there isn't one dollar (more or less) that you can spare. Make one couple extremely happy.
Before I will sent out the gift I will post the celebration card and the cash amount in article form on this site so everyone can write a word on it...

So, I am sure that all of you are going to donate something in order to make these two people happy.
